Since Choninfeckle became a duo again we’ve had a little change around with the gear we use for performing…Tim still uses his tub bass made from half of an old water butt…complete with several beer labels we have enjoyed , he also uses a washboard attached to an zimmer frame that was rescued from a skip.
Les had his Bruko ukulele stolen, and is now using a no name 6 string ukulele as well as his trusty Risa ukelectric.

Other instruments include harmonicas, kazoos, a tuna can and a cooking pot!

The Canvey Island Chimney Disaster

In September 1997 the Bolton steeplejack and television personality, Fred Dibnah, was asked to bring down the Canvey Island Chimney, a 450ft concrete chimney.
